At Orchard Mead Academy we use Class Charts, which allows students and families to keep up to date with behaviour, homework and rewards.
Class Charts works on a web browser on smartphones, computers, tablets and even web-enabled televisions, and the apps are compatible with hundreds of devices too.
To log in you will need an Access codes, these were sent home in September, and remain the same as last academic year. Families who accessed Class Charts previously should still be able to use the same code for information about your children. If you have more than one child at Orchard Mead Academy, then all of them can be linked to one family account.

It is important for students and their families to register their access code for Class Charts for the following reasons:
- Class Charts is the only place to keep track of homework. Student planners will not be issued or used this year, and homework tasks will only be listed on Class Charts.
- Class Charts provides instant access to a feed of behaviours during the school day.
- Class Charts is the only place to access the Rewards Shop. Students will not be able to purchase rewards other than through Class Charts.
- Notice of after-school Reflections will no longer be sent by text message. Instead, Class Charts will automatically send a notification to the email address used to register the Parent Account on the day before a Reflection.
If there is limited internet access at home for students to see their homework instructions or access rewards, Orchard Mead Academy can help: our library is open before and after school every day with computers available to use.
