Year 11 Attendance During Exam Season

As we enter this crucial exam period for Year 11, your support with attendance is more important than ever.

We expect all students to attend every day and remain in school for the full day unless there is a genuine and unavoidable reason for absence. Full attendance is vital to maintain progress, reduce stress, and ensure students are fully prepared for their exams.

Please note:

  • Students should not be leaving school during the day unless there is a genuine reason.
  • Student Reception will only contact parents/carers for emergency collections.
  • Any appointments must be evidenced and shared with school in advance.

We are also running targeted Year 11 Booster Sessions throughout the school day. These sessions are designed to reinforce key knowledge, build confidence, and provide vital last-minute support ahead of exams—students can only benefit if they are in school.
