RE is a core curriculum subject, studied by all pupils at Orchard Mead Academy.
Students have the option of taking the RE GCSE during Years 10 and 11.

All students in KS4 will continue to have one lesson per week which will build on the foundations of religious knowledge that they gained in KS3 with the aim of completing the WJEC Eduqas GCSE in Religious Studies at the end of year 11.
